Apple Valley Emporium, Concord Crush, 2024
Spring is officially here, and so is the 2024 Concord Crush - our fizzy, feel-good ode to longer days and blooming things. Made from organically farmed, old vine Concord grapes grown right in our backyard, this is the third vintage from our home estate in the Yakima Valley. Whole cluster fermented and hand-disgorged, it’s like a grape soda glow-up: bright, juicy, and just the right amount of sparkle. A playful, purple-hued welcome to the season. This vintage is especially close to our hearts, dedicated to our good friend Eric Schlect, whose hands and heart helped bring in this season’s Concord harvest.
